Everybody has bad days. It's a fact. But Everything in the Universe is set on a spectrum; everything has an extreme. Some people only think in extremes, and can't find their "happy-medium", while some people live in the medium, and still occasionally experience their extremes - as a given in life. But when your day is the worst one's ever been, and you feel like falling to your knees and just screaming, (although I admit that may also help), there is always another way to look at something; always another way of solving the problem. And even though it may be very easy right now to see the domino-effect, and just see the snowball roll down the mountain and just keep growing and growing, there will always be a solution. Things will always get better. Sometimes they just need to get worse before they get better. How would we know what the good was, if we didn't have the bad?
Although it may not seem like it, perspective is a powerful thing. It can make or break a situation. You just need to find the right angle. Always think of the positives when presented with the harshest negatives. Simply remembering what something used to stand for, such as a rose, can bring back a meaning into your life that you lost, or thought you lost, or maybe even pushed away. And let me tell you, sometimes something as simple as a smile, blowing a few kisses, or even a hug can make all the difference, and brighten your day, or even somebody else's day..
Have you brightened anyone's day today? What do you do when you're having a bad day, and you feel like the world is ending? What helps you, or your loved ones most?
